Cian Ducrot joined Fleur East, James and Matt on Hits Radio recently to talk about his brand new song 'Who's Making You Feel It'. While we'd heard Ed Sheeran had an involvement in the song, we wanted to know exactly what happened.

While Ed is known for penning songs for many well-known artists, this time around he didn't write the song, but instead persuaded Cian to release 'Who's Making You Feel It' next. Cian explained how it all happened over a curry at Ed's house.

The song, which he's previously revealed is about going through different emotions during a break-up, was the first song he played for Ed that night, from a selection of around four or five.

Cian went on to explain: "This is the one that he was like: 'I understand why everyone wants the other ones to be first', but he was like: 'I think this one should be first'. Also, he said: ‘There was a reason why I played it first’.

Cian explained Ed's reasons behind choosing that song saying: "He kind of was just like, ‘you know, if I heard this, it would be the kind of song, I would be like, oh, telling my friends to check out, and I'd be like, this is very different and this is kind of like exciting’.

"So at that point I kind of was like backed up into a wall, and I was like, well, now I don't have a choice!"

Following Ed's advice, Cian released his first song of the year in January, along with the music video which sees the singer showing off his dance moves.

Cian went on to reveal that Ed has a very nice bathroom, full of many of his awards. Cian admitted when he walked into the bathroom he felt: "Oh my god, I'm so unsuccessful, look at all these things!"

During the interview, Fleur and the team also played a game with Cian where he had to try and identify items while blindfolded. The items ranged from a voodoo doll to a piñata, and a Irish person's head....👀

See how he got on below.
