Netflix are looking for a young actor to play Prince Harry in The Crown
No professional acting experience is required
Now that we know there's going to be a sixth series of popular Netflix show The Crown, it appears bosses are currently in the process of picking the cast, with a young Prince William and Kate Middleton already announced.
Robert Sterne, Casting Director for The Crown, has shared a casting call notice looking for a young actor between 16-20 years-old to play the role of Prince Harry in series six.
Although no previous professional acting experience is required, bosses are looking for an individal who has a strong physical resemblance to Prince Harry.
The advert reads: 'It is a significant role in this award-winning drama and we are looking for a strong physical resemblance. Shooting will commence November 2022 in the UK. No previous professional acting experience required. We are very experiences in providing a great deal of support for the young across and their families though what they find is a uniquely rewarding creative process.'
How do I apply to play Prince Harry in The Crown?
If interested, or know somebody who is, all applicants must send their submissions to [email protected], with the title 'THE CROWN CASTING CALL - HARRY'.
Applicants must state their name, age and date of birth on the email, as well as sending an up to date selfie and a short video talking about something they love.
Bosses would also like to know where applicants heard about the casting call, as well as informing them where they are currently bases.
For any applicants under the age of 18, permission must be acquired by a parent or guardian.
The deadline to apply for the role is Friday 14th October 2022.
