Man charged with murder following Chingford stabbing

A man has been charged with the murder of Tyler Hayward who was stabbed to death in Chingford.
22 year old Peshman Ahmedi, of no fixed address, was arrested at the Port of Dover on Tuesday, 8th of July following a large police operation in Kent.
A police spokesperson said: "He was subsequently charged with murder on Thursday, 10 July. He will appear in custody at Willesden Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, 10 July."
A murder investigation was launched after officers were called to reports of a stabbing in Chingford Mount Road on the evening of Sunday 6th of July.
Died at the scene
Met officers responded with paramedics and Tyler, 26, was found with a stab wound. Despite the efforts of emergency services, he sadly died at the scene.
His next-of-kin have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers.
In a statement they said: "We are struggling with the tragic loss of Tyler, a beautiful soul with the kindest of heart’s. A much loved son, grandson and brother, that will be missed immensely. We would appreciate privacy at this time whilst we come to terms with our loss."
