Incredible snowman tribute to Captain Sir Tom Moore
Have a look at this amazing tribute
Last updated 23rd May 2022
One man has used the cold weather to pay tribute to Captain Sir Tom Moore. Reg Warnes has built a snowman sculpture of the fundraising hero.
The war veteran and fundraising hero passed away earlier this month.
The 100 year old raised more than £36 million for the NHS by doing laps of his garden using his walking frame.
Tributes came in from around the world, but Reg Warnes in Rothbury, Northumberland was such a huge fan he decided to use the mountains of snow we've had recently to make a tribute in his back garden.
The finished article looks amazing and with temperatures staying very cold over the coming days it looks like Captain Snowman Tom will be with us for a little longer.
Well done Reg Warnes!
