How did Melissa get into radio?
Melissa Riddell first visited the Cool studios as part of our Cool Academy. After a five-week placement, she sent in a demo and we quickly snapped her up.

Without a doubt...Taylor Swift.
"I think Taylor is a great role model for young women, she writes incredible music, seems down to earth and the type of person you’d wanna be friends with!"

"It's hard to choose, either Beyoncé or Taylor Swift. Both were such huge gigs, and both are just absolutely incredible performers!"
