Defending NIFL Women's Premiership champions Cliftonville will begin the defence of their title at home to Linfield in May.

The Reds, who enjoyed an historic invincible treble winning season last year, will kick off against their Belfast rivals on opening night, Friday May 9.

Glentoran Women, last season's runners-up and 2023 champions, will begin their campaign with an away trip to Lisburn Ladies at the Bluebell Stadium.

Last season's surprise package Lisburn Ranger begin their second season in the Sports Direct Women’s Premiership at home to Larne Women at Crewe Park, while at Seaview, Crusaders Strikers face Derry City Women.

The new format of the Women’s Premiership will see each of the eight competing teams playing against each other home and away over 14 rounds, before the league splits into two sections for a further three crunch fixtures with the team that finishes the top claiming the most prestigious title in Women’s football.

Ahead of the start of the Women’s Premiership campaign, competitive female football returns with the start of the VBET Women’s League Cup group stage on Friday April 11.
