Ulster were left stunned at Kingspan Stadium last night (Sunday) after a late try and conversion gave inter-pro rivals Munster a 15-14 victory.

The home side had gone into the break 9-0 up thanks to three John Cooney penalties.

Indeed, with just 13 minutes remaining it was 14-5 to Ulster.

But then Ben Healy came off the Munster bench to score a try which he then converted to give the visitors a shock win.

It was a disappointing start to 2023 for Ulster and the defeat was compounded by Marty Moore being stretchered off in the first half.
