Ulster hammered Glasgow 40-15 at Kingspan to grab a bonus point and record their 5th win in 5 games in the PRO14.

The visitors had kicked things off by taking a surprise lead after just 5 minutes when TJ Ioane scored from close range, leaving Peter Horne with an easy conversion.

However, Ulster found a quick reply through John Andrew in the 11th minute as the hooker piled over from the back of a driving maul following a lineout, with John Cooney reliable as ever with the extras.

Horne kicked Glasgow into a 10-7 lead with 20 minutes on the clock, but it was short-lived.

5 minutes later, Ulster again made use of an efficient lineout maul, this time the resulting phase saw Marcell Coetzee bulldoze over under the posts to mark his 50th cap.

The home side grabbed their third try on 37 when Sam Carter touched down under the posts, and Cooney dived in to score the bonus point try right on half time, sending Ulster in at the break 28-10.

10 minutes into the second half, Ulster extended the lead when they made use of numbers to send Sean Reidy clear to score the 5th try

Matt Faddes then used some soccer skills to chase down and control a loose ball before scoring the 6th shortly after.

Stewart scored for the Scots on 61, but the damage was done on a convincing night for Ulster.
