Ulster seal Pro14 play-off place after victory in Edinburgh
29-7 win means Dan McFarland's side finish Conference B runners-up
Ulster booked their place in the Pro14 play-offs with a superb 29-7 win over Edinburgh last night (Friday) at Murrayfield.
Victory meant Dan McFarland's side sealed second spot in Conference B.
Early tries tries from Jordi Murphy and Robert Baloucoune settled Ulster nerves - as the visitors ran into a commanding 15-0 lead.
Further tries from winger Rob Lyttle and Billy Burns for the bonus, wrapped up the points.
The season proper comes to an end in two weeks’ time with an interpro clash in Belfast with Leinster, before the knock-out stages begin a week later.
