Ulster return to PRO12 action this week when they take on Cardiff at the Kingspan.

Assistant coach Neil Doak told Downtown & Cool FM that there is quality in the side and they could be targeting a top two place.

He said: “We play some good stuff at times.

“We have the quality but we have to do the basics well.

“Cardiff have some decent players but we have got to make sure we control the game – make sure it’s on our terms.

“We have got ourselves in a good place – we are in the top four and who knows if we keep winning, we could get into the top two.”
