Tommy Bowe is out of Ireland’s big Six Nations clash with England after suffering a suspected broken leg.

The Ulster winger was carried off late during Ireland’s defeat at Wales.

Bowe was only on the pitch as a 79th minute replacement when he sustained the injury to his left leg.

Conor Murray and Johnny Sexton also picked up injuries but are expected to be fit for the Dublin game.

Ireland's bid for a third Six Nations title in four years ended at the Principality Stadium.

England are now aiming for back-to-back Grand Slams.
