Martin moves to resolve contract situation
Martin O’Neill has revealed his future as Republic boss has finally been resolved.
In a video tweeted late last night by the FAI, he said he had agreed terms on a new contract – although he has yet to sign on the dotted line.
O’Neill said it was a case now of going over the finer details of the contract.
But there was no mention in the video of his recent talks with Stoke City.
O’Neill did reject the move following discussions – a job that has now gone to ex Celtic ace Paul Lambert.
