Olympics: NI trio miss out on medals
It has been a disappointing couple of days for competitors from Northern Ireland at the Olympic Games.
Portaferry athlete Ciara Mageean is the latest to bow out.
She went into her 1,500 metre heat, earlier today (Monday) as a medal hopeful, but ended up 10th - and therefore failed to qualify.
Over the weekend, Rory McIlroy came close to picking up a Bronze but was just edged out in a dramatic play-off.
Elsewhere, Gold Medal favourite, Rhys McClenaghan from Newtownards, could only finish seventh after a crucial slip-up during his routine.
