Ice-hockey Elite League: four-point winning weekend for Belfast Giants
The Belfast Giants are celebrating back-to-back away wins in the Elite League.
They thrashed Glasgow Clan 6-0 tonight (Sunday) after Saturday's 3-0 win over Fife Flyers.
Tyler Beskorowany recorded his second shutout of the weekend in Scotland to add to a well-rounded team effort from six different Giants scorers.
It was the perfect way to bounce back after consecutive defeats last week.
Up next for the Giants is a trip to the Skydome Coventry on Wednesday to face the Coventry Blaze in a mid-week Challenge Cup match.
The Giants return to the SSE Arena next weekend to take on the Fife Flyers on Saturday 11th December at 7:00pm, and the Nottingham Panthers on Sunday 12th December at 4:00pm.
