Glentoran will face Cliftonville in a Dankse Bank Premiership Europa League play-off final for the second year running – after a night of drama in local football.

The Glens booked their place after a superb 4-2 win over Glenavon at Mourneview Park.

A Darren Murray double and a goal apiece from Curtis Allen and Robbie McDaid helped them on their way.

In the other game Cliftonville fought back from 3-1 down to beat Coleraine 5-3 in extra-time.

A James McLaughlin hat-trick had put the Bannsiders in the driving seat but goals from Conor McMenamin (2) Joe Gormley, Levi Ives and Ryan Curran sealed the win.

The final which is worth around £200,000 to the winners, takes place at Solitude on Saturday night.
