It is the end of the road in Europe this season for Linfield and Larne.
The Blues bowed out last night (Thursday) in Luxembourg after losing the second leg of their Europa Conference League qualifier with Fola Esch 2-1.
That left the aggregate score 4-2.
Speaking on the club's website, Linfield boss David Healy said he was immensely proud of the players.
"Honestly I cannot fault their effort and commitment," he said. "If we take that level of performance into the domestic league, we will have a chance of getting to where we need to get to."
Larne, meanwhile, pulled off a superb 1-0 win over Pacos de Ferreira at Inver Park.
However, that left the overall score 4-1 in the Portuguese favour and meant the end of what was an incredible first European journey for Tiernan Lynch's side.
