Champions League: Linfield bow out at qualifying stage after defeat to Zalgiris Vilnius

Linfield are out of the Champions League.

They lost to Zalgiris Vilnius, who had two players sent off, in the second leg of their opening qualifying round at Windsor Park.

That meant the Lithuanian side progressed 5-2 overall.

The Blues now drop into the Europa Conference League.

Speaking on the club's website, David Healy said while they were disappointed, he was able to take a number of positives out of both legs.

"We will improve - we will get better," he said
