The ban means he'll miss most of his side's Ulster Championship campaign.

The incident happened when the former Armagh player got into an alleged verbal altercation with Joe McQuillan at the Athletic Grounds last month.

Armagh took the case to the Central Hearings Committee, but the suspension was ruled as valid.

He can now appeal to the Central Appeals Committee or the Disputes Resolutions Authority.
