Sadly according to the Met Office we’re in for an unseasonably wet and windy weekend.
Ex-Tropical Storm Alex has developed into a low-pressure system, which will continue to see blustery showers across Northern Ireland.
Met Office Deputy Chief Meteorologist Chris Almond said: “Although no longer a named storm, the remnants of Ex-Tropical Storm Alex will bring some strong winds across the northern half of the UK – especially to the Scotland and Northern Ireland on Friday and Saturday.
An unsettled start to next week with some cool nights looks most likely, but there are some signals of a warming trend for the UK later in the week.
The pollen forecast looks set to stay at medium for Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Tonight: Bright spells and scattered showers through the evening. Cloudiest in the west overnight with showers turning to longer spells of rain later. Fresh or strong southwesterly winds. Minimum temperature 11 °C
Saturday: Another windy day with strong westerly or southwesterly winds. Rather cloudy with scattered showers in the morning, these easing later with brighter spells developing. Maximum temperature 18 °C****
Outlook for Sunday to Tuesday: Bright with well scattered showers and easing westerly winds through Sunday. Mainly dry and bright Monday and Tuesday, though a chance of rain later in the west****
