Transport strike goes ahead as Stormont progresses
Public transport has been hit in Northern Ireland on Thursday due to trade union strikes.
School support workers are also involved on the picket lines in a protest about pay.
This latest industrial protest comes as legislation is to be debated which could lead to Stormont's return.
There are more than 3,000 public transport workers involved from the Unite, Siptu and GMB unions.
It comes after 16 trade unions and tens of thousands of public sector workers took part in one of Northern Ireland's largest strikes, affecting many workers.
Thursday is the sixth day of action for those involved in transport workers since December who say further action could continue.
