Graffiti on south Belfast home treated as hate crime
Police are appealing for information.
Police are treating a report of criminal damage in south Belfast as a hate crime.
It was reported this morning at 9.45 that graffiti was daubed on the exterior wall of a house in the Sicily Park area.
A police spokesperson said: "We are treating this as a hate-motivated crime and our enquiries are ongoing."
“The sentiment expressed is unacceptable and I am appealing to anyone with information that could assist enquiries to get on touch on 101 quoting reference 498 07/04/24."
It is believed the incident happened between 2am and 4 am.
