£60K worth of cannabis seized following searches in Armagh city
Three arrests have been made
Police have seized around £60,000 worth of herbal cannabis and cannabis plants following searches in the Armagh City area.
Three men have been arrested
A large quantity of cash, suspected drugs, and drug paraphernalia have also been seized.
A PSNI statement said, “Detectives from the Police Service of Northern Ireland’s Organised Crime Branch have (on Monday 29th September) conducted searches of seven premises in the Armagh City area, and made three arrests.”
“The searches were carried out with the support of the Police Service of Northern Ireland’s Tactical Support Group officers.”
“The three men aged 29, 30 and 33 were arrested for a variety of offences linked to cannabis cultivation and supply in the Armagh area. All three remain in custody at this time.”
