4 year-old schoolgirl hunts down Regé-Jean Page in Carrickfergus
Watch as Madison tries to play Cupid 💕
When we first broke the news about the latest Hollywood blockbuster Dungeons and Dragons to film in Northern Ireland, the rumour mill went into overdrive.
Everyone was trying to guess which actors would be cast for this latest fantasy project, and it's fair to say that no one was quite prepared for Bridgerton's Regé-Jean Page!
The fantasy role-playing game is currently being brought to life for the big screen, with filming taking place in Ballintoy Harbour, Carrickfergus Castle and of course Belfast's Titanic Studios.
Since Game of Thrones firmly put Northern Ireland on the map, we've become accustomed to Hollywood's finest strolling our streets.
One local schoolgirl decided she was going to try her best to meet the stars of this new project, and work her magic on one actor in particular. Meet four year-old Madison from Carrickfergus!
Madison's aunt is a huge fan of Bridgerton so when she first heard the news that the Duke was going to be filming just a few miles from her front door, the hunt was on.
The Dungeons and Dragons cast and crew have taken over Carrickfergus Castle to film some important scenes this weekend.
Madison and her aunt scoped the area, but sadly most of the filming was taking place inside.
Frustrated that she couldn't see him, Madison wanted to send a message to Page just to let him know she was there and ready to play cupid.
"Regé, my aunt is looking for a husband, and it's supposed to be you. We were waiting at the castle for 20 minutes, and you didn't show up. Your loss!"
We love your enthusiasm Madison! Perhaps the Duke will see you now 😉
