Pipe bomb found in Dungiven security alert
Police uncovered the device on the Foreglen Road, after a call to a local hospital on Wednesday morning.

The road was closed for a time and diversions were in place.
Detective Inspector Bob Blemmings said: “A viable pipe bomb type device has been examined by ATO and made safe. It will now be taken away for forensic examination."
The PSNI thanked the public for their co-operation and appealed for information.
