One person taken to hospital after crash involving bus at Belfast City Hall

One person has been taken to hospital following an incident involving a Metro bus in Belfast on Monday morning.

It happened just before 9 o'clock in the Donegall Square West area.

A Translink spokesperson says an investigation's under-way:

"We can confirm an incident occurred this morning around 8.50am involving a Metro bus in the Donegall Square West area of Belfast City Centre.

“Emergency services attended the scene and 1 person was taken to hospital.

“An investigation is underway including the use of CCTV.”
