Multiple casualties following Banbridge crash

It is believed one of the victims of a road accident on Friday night in Banbridge may have sustained life-changing injuries.

Just before 11 o'clock, police responded to reports that a vehicle had left the Eden Ordinary Road and collided with an oncoming vehicle on the A1 dual carriageway.

Police say multiple casualties were taken to hospital.

The PSNI are keen to speak to any witnesses.
