Woman (33) charged with withholding information concerning an arrestable offence
The charges relate to the mistaken release of Maghaberry prisoner Michael Smith.

Earlier this week, Mr Smith who was on remand for murder, was rearrested.
He was arrested in the Carryduff area of Co Down on Wednesday.
Smith is charged with the murder of Belfast man Stephen Carson, who was shot dead in his home in front of his nine-year-old son and partner in February 2016.
The woman is due before Newtownards Magistrates Court on Thursday, 4 May.
