Man taken to hospital after 'serious assault' in Londonderry
A man has been taken to hospital following a serious assault in Londonderry in the early hours of Sunday.

Police received reports of a fight between a number of men in the Newmarket Street area of the city at around 2am.
A man in his 30s was left with serious injuries to his head after being assaulted by a number of other men.
Detectives have appealed for witnesses to the incident to come contact them.
