Man suffers leg, face and head injuries following Cushendall assault

A man in his early 20s has sustained serious injuries to his leg, face and head following a serious assault in the early hours of this morning.

It happened in the Stoney Lonan Lane area of Cushendall around half past midnight.

Three men are reported to have gotten out of a silver saloon car and attacked two men.

Two men - aged 28 and 22 - have been arrested.
