Man suffers broken wrist after 'flick stick' attack

A man has been treated in hospital for a broken wrist and head injuries after he was attacked with what police believe was a flick stick.

He was assaulted after two men and a woman forced their way into a flat in Burneys Mews in Newtownabbey, around half seven on Friday night.

Detective Sergeant Coulter is appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident or anyone with any information that can assist with the investigation to contact Detectives in Antrim on 101 quoting reference 1114 11/01/19.
