Man held after car with children inside stolen in Belfast
A man has been arrested after a car was stolen in Belfast while two young children were still inside it.

The incident was reported int eh Boucher Crescent area of the city at around 5.25pm on Saturday.
The man jumped in a car after a woman got out of it, and then started to drive off with the two children in the back.
Luckily, members of the public were able to stop the car, with the man then making off on foot.
The children were not injured during the incident.
A man in his 30s was arrested by police some time later.
