Man dies after being struck by a van in Co Donegal

A man in his 80s has died after being struck by a van in Co Donegal.

It happened near Clonmany at around 6.20pm on Wednesday evening.

The pedestrian sustained fatal injuries in the collision on the R238 Annagh.

Gardaí have appealed for witnesses to come forward and are asking anyone with dashcam footage from the area at the time of the collision to make it available.
