Man charged over murder of Richard Miskelly
A 19-year-old man has been charged with the murder of Richard Miskelly.
He's also been charged with perverting the course of justice and will appear before Newtownards Magistrates Court on Tuesday morning.
The 24-year-old victim was found lying on the Bangor Road at around 5.30am on Sunday.
Police believe Mr Miskelly had been assaulted and he died despite ambulance staffs' attempts to treat him.
A second 19-year-old man has been released unconditionally.
That man was also released pending a report to the PPS about an assault on a 27-year-old man on the Bangor Road on Sunday.
