"Some of the things I've tried to do to deal with this emotion are to make sure I get out for plenty of walks, try to do some meditation for about 10 minutes a day and to avoid the news as much as possible."

Jordi said he was "delighted" to sign for Ulster for another two seasons.

"I've absolutely enjoyed every minute of my time here so far, the environment, the playing group, the fans ...

"Running out to a packed stadium at Kingspan on a Friday night has been a real highlight for me and something I will look forward to doing in the years ahead

"Looking forward the goal is definitely to win some silverware with Ulster Rugby, Our squad for next year is really impressive - we've signed really well from abroad, as well as promoting a lot of exciting young talent from the Academy.

"I think that will help us consistently compete for championships in the year ahead."
