New Ballyhackamore bar voted Northern Ireland's 'Pub of the Year'
East Belfast pub Hearth wins best venue in Northern Ireland at the National Pub & Bar of the Year Awards 2023
Every year, the National Pub & Bar Awards brings together 94 pubs and bars from across the UK, each one having been awarded the title for the best in its county.
From these, 15 Regional Winners are announced before the unveiling of the National Winner (The Running Horses in Mickleham, Surrey).
A post on the Hearth's social media regarding the big win reads: "The pub was commended for its pivotal role as a social hub in Ballyhackamore , providing regular entertainment for locals including quizzes, live music and championing health awareness as well as raising funds for good causes. Judges also commended the pub for its warm hospitable welcome."
HEARTH will see further expansion and investment this year when the upstairs function room and private whiskey bar opens for members of their successful society. The function room will be free to use for all.
