Man appears in court after Botanic Gardens assaults
A 17-year-old girl and a 25 year old man have been charged after disorder in south Belfast on Thursday.

The man appeared at Belfast Magistrates court on Friday charged with two counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and assault on police.
A 17 year old girl has also been charged with four counts of common assault.
She will appear before a youth court later this month.
PSNI Sergeant King said:
“We are aware that there may have been other assaults in the area today and are appealing for witnesses or anyone with footage to contact 101 quoting reference 790 of 04/05/2017.
"Or, alternatively if someone would prefer to provide information without giving their details they can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers and speak to them anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
