How long are you expecting to queue today (Black Friday)?

Research from Onbuy.com has revealed at some cities in the UK have queues nearly an hour long on one of the busiest shopping days of the year.

Just a month before Christmas shoppers are eager to grab a bargain, but if they go to the shops they could be in for a wait. The research conducted in 19 cities around the UK found that there was a broad range of queuing times, from just 16 minutes in Glasgow to a massive 58 minutes in Southampton.

The research surveyed 120 households in each of the cities and asked them how long they queue on Black Friday over the last two years, so while these figures can't predict this year's queues they are likely to be similar.

Here in Northern Ireland Belfast had the sixth shortest queuing time with 27 minutes.
