Belsonic is back and bigger than ever! Here is everything you need to know about Northern Ireland’s most hotly anticipated outdoor music event.

FIVE new shows in August have been added to the 2016 lineup after overwhelming ticket demand for the June events.

Northern Ireland’s largest ever outdoor music extravaganza never fails to impress and

the 2016 edition is set to be the best to date with a relocation to the grounds of the Titanic Belfast building.

Cool FM have teamed up with Belsonic organisers and Absolut to bring you a new, larger site that provides ample space for bigger and better food & beverage facilities, improved VIP area, enhanced staging, sound & lighting, and a vast open air space in which to enjoy your favourite artists.

Boasting its most ambitious line up to date, the popular music festival now hosts line-ups in both June and August, bringing a host of international headline acts to the heart of Belfast city centre for the 9th year running.

The Chemical Brothers

Pioneers of electronic music and with 6 Number 1 albums under their belt, you do not want to miss The Chemical Brothers' epic performance this year. Ellie Goulding

Pop singer-songwriter Ellie Goulding has achieved international success since her 2011 hit Starry Eyed, with three studio albums, the Number 1 50 Shades of Grey single Love Me Like You D and several renowned collaborations with the likes of Calvin Harris. David Guetta, Robin Schulz, Jonas Blue

Known for his massive hits Titanium and When Love Takes Over, French DJ David Guetta will be joined by some fantastic backup acts to get the Belsonic crowd on their feet. Faithless

Foals

Tiesto, Oliver Heldens

Famed for his chart topping hits Traffic, Adagio For Strings and Elements of Life, DJ Tiesto is set to have the Belfast audience pumping to both new material and classic trance anthems. Biffy Clyro

Stereophonics

Bring Me The Horizon

Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds

Disclosure Live

Fatboy Slim

The Corrs

Belsonic 2016 will be held at Titanic Belfast, Queens Rd, Belfast, County Antrim BT3 9EP, which is only 2.4km (1.5 miles) away from Belfast City Centre. Translink operate Metro Services 26, 26A, 26B, 26C from Belfast City Centre - departing outside the Belfast Welcome Centre to Titanic Belfast.
