120 year old woman robbed of entire pension

A 102 year old woman has been robbed of her entire pension in Larne.

A man in his 40s knocked on the rear door of the house in the Newpark area of Magheramorne at around 5pm on Wednesday 30th January.

He then gained entry to her house and demanded she hand over her pension.

The man, wearing a blue yacht cap and a fleece, then fled through the front door with around £1000.

Police are appealing to anyone who witnessed the man in the area or if anyone was driving along the Shore Road at Magheramorne and has dash cam footage to check this footage for any suspicious behaviour in and around the Newpark area of Magheramorne, Larne.
