This November there's a host of exciting events taking place that we know our listeners won't want to miss.

From foodie favourites to festive fun, there's so much to see, do and explore this month.

Belfast film festival

Belfast film festival is back this weekend! The Belfast Film Festival began in 1995 as part of Féile An Phobail and has developed hand in hand with the evolving culture of film patronage and filmmaking in the city. They believe that film should be an experience.
A brand new exciting programme is here, including premières and gala screenings, panel talks, and special events which showcase the wealth of local talent and shine a spotlight on the best up-and-coming international talent.

Festival of the dead Belfast

Festival of the Dead is coming to Belfast 12th November. The unique experience gives you a blend of circus, carnival & chaos set to a huge soundtrack spanning rock, indie, bass, dnb, house & industrial techno performed by our DJ's & live band.
With amazing costumes, actors and performers, this experience will create a fully immersive world.

Plant based cheeses with Nourish Good Food

Anto of Nourish Good Food, a self-confessed cheesy lady is bringing her artisan nut-based cheese to your palate and to give you an insight into her process this November.
This is a demo style workshop where Anto will guide us through how she will prepare a seasonal, festive nut cheese. This is a skill share for all your future parties where the cheese board is the pièce de résistance.
This workshop will guide you through cheeses suitable for the festive season. You will enjoy a tasting cheese board selection of her best-selling cheeses to inspire our taste buds just in time for Christmas!

Belfast Continental Christmas Market

The Belfast Christmas lights and market return on 19th November. After 3 long years of a covid Christmas, seated areas are being welcoming back so the people of Belfast can enjoy their food and drink together.
Some local favourites will also be returning including Pappas Minerals, Tapitas and Rossi's Ice Cream.

Foodstock Festival

The Foodstock Festival will feature music and comedy headliners as well as encouraging community solidarity as we aim to come together and support local foodbanks across the city of Belfast this winter.

Lavery's Comedy Club

Colin Geddis has curated one of the funniest comedy nights Belfast has to offer. He transforms the popular venue's middle floor into an intimate, hilarious evening as comedians can gather, with guaranteed laughter all night long!

Sound of Belfast

The sound of Belfast is back for 10 days this November. Starting 10th, and finishing 20th, Sound of Belfast includes a mix of collaborative, independent and partnership events involving showcases, gigs, industry talks, panels and workshops, youth, family, and community events and the NI Music Prize 2002 including the Oh Yeah Legend Award. There are over 45 events this year!

C.S Lewis Festival

The 10th C.S. Lewis festival includes a range of exciting new events and firm festival favourites including, C.S. Lewis themed guided walking tours of Strandtown and Belfast City Cemetery, Tumnus Tales, Lewis inspired talks and children's storytelling
An event for everyone, to explore their imagination and find out more about the authors connections to East Belfast on 18th-20th November.

Laura Lexx, Aaron Butler and Micky Bartlett at Mandella Hall

Mandella Hall has lots going on the November with big-name comedians, Laura Lexx, Aaron Butler and Micky Bartlett appearing on 21st. A night full of laughter is guaranteed.

Sigrid is coming to Limelight

Sigrid is coming to Limelight on 22nd November! This huge artist previously performed at hit festivals like Leeds festival, Reading festival and Parklife. You may know her hit singles 'strangers' and 'don't kill my vibe'. Support on the night will be from our very own Lea Heart!

Enchanted winter garden at Antrim Castle

Antrim Castle turns into a magical Christmas experience for everyone to enjoy on 26th November. This experience will get your Christmas started as well as your appetites, with mouth-watering food in the festive food Fayre.
