Yes, rumour has it that US retail giant Abercrombie & Fitch could be setting up shop in Belfast soon.
Details on the location and opening date are expected to be announced in the coming months - but they've started advertising for positions on their website
Abercrombie & Fitch already has one store in Dublin and one in the famous shopping district Saville Row, London.
Known for men's and women's clothing and accessories, the company was founded in 1892 in New York City. The brand is now headquartered in suburban Columbus, Ohio, and has over 1,000 retail locations worldwide.
It also owns the popular youth brand Hollister which already operates out of Victoria Square.
