Love it or hate it, The Masked Singer has completely swept up the British public. Originally created in South Korea and named The King of Mask Singer, the TV franchise has been a huge hit over in the US as well, and totally took the UK by storm for its first six seasons.

The Masked Singer is set to return on 3rd January 2026 and will air on Saturday nights on ITV1.

Comedian Mo Gilligan will return to the panel alongside Davina McCall, Jonathan Ross and Maya Jama, who replaced Rita Ora.
Who hosts The Masked Singer UK?
Joel Dommett is once again hosting The Masked Singer.
In an interview with Hits Radio in January 2025, Joel revealed he's had to install gates at his house, after mega fans turned up at his door, chanting the show's catchprase: "I had to get a gate, and make the hedge bigger, because people kept knocking on the door and saying 'take it off, take it off' and running away!"
