ITV bosses reveal when Liar will return to our TV screens

Rewind your minds back to Autumn 2018 and the nation was gripped with thrilling ITV drama Liar, featuring Joanne Froggatt as Laura Nielson and Ioan Gruffudd and Andrew Earlham.

As the series went on, viewers were enthralled as Laura tried to prove that Andrew raped her, along with many other women. But it was the final episode that really left viewers on edge as to what will happen next.

After Laura found Andrew's recordings in his safe house, a man hunt by the police got underway, only for the series to end with Andrew's body in a lake with his throat cut, leading viewers to believe he'd been murdered.

And now, despite Liar bosses confirming a second series and admitting that filming would begin in January 2019, so far nothing has started.

But don't panic! The show's creators Harry and Jack Williams have now revealed the news we all wanted to hear!

Speaking to Radio Times, the brothers confirmed that filming will take place in March, with series two of Liar expected to return to ITV in Auturm 2019.

ELITE returns for another season in 2019. Following the children at Las Encinas, the best and most exclusive school in Spain, in the first season viewers got to see what happened when three working class kids were admitted to the elite school after their academy was destroyed by an earthquake.

Disenchantment Season 2

From the creator of The Simpsons, Disenchantment returns for a second season. This adult animated comedy fantasy series was super popular earlier this year and returns for Netflix in 2019.

Stranger Things 3

Another popular Netflix series that we can watch is Stranger Things 3.

With a LOT of unanswered questions, fans will be keen to discover who, if anybody, murdered Andrew, as well as wondering what is next for Laura.

Writers Harry and Jack previously confirmed that both actors Joanne Froggatt and Andrew Earlham will return for series two, with flashback scenes expected to be used to reveal the events leading up to Andrew's death.
