Dream job alert...where do we sign up? 🥰
Last updated 5th Aug 2021
Grey's Anatomy is one of the world's biggest TV shows - the iconic medical drama has been around since early 2005 and is still going strong.
This latest season followed the lives of heroic doctors and revolutionary medicine during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The company 'NiceRx' is looking for one fan to watch (or re-watch) all 369 episodes of the TV show, they're even willing to pay you for it.
It's all part of an important research study, to find out who saved more lives: Meredith Grey or Miranda Bailey? It's a tough question 🤣
Getting paid to binge watch the best TV show ever? You don't have to ask us twice.
The successful applicant will receive $1,000, a full box set of the show, a personalised message from Dr Richard Webber himself and a year's subscription for Netflix. Not too bad!
NiceRx said: "So, if the thought of getting paid to spend a summer curled up on the sofa with the staff at Grey-Sloan Memorial Hospital sounds like a dream come true, apply now, and tell us why you fit the bill!"
To enter, all you need to do is explain in 200 words why you feel you're the biggest Grey's Anatomy fan. Unfortunately you have to be over 18 and be a US resident to apply, but it's still worth a shot. You can apply here and the closing date is August 23rd.
If you're a fan of the show, what do you think? Is Meredith the top doctor, is has the answer been Bailey all along?
We all know who the real star of the show is - Dr Derek Shepherd aka Patrick Dempsey.
We've been following Patrick's journey across the country as he spends the summer filming the live-action Disney musical 'Disenchanted.
Follow McDreamy's road-trip around Ireland:
Mussenden Temple
Sharing three black and white photos, Dempsey displayed this magnificent NI landmark in all its glory. It's safe to say, the day after he posted this snap there was barely a space in the car park here 🤣
Victoria Hill
Sitting on top of Victoria Hill Co. Dublin sits a lonely obelisk, this was first completed in 1742 and commemorates the victims of the Irish Famine of 1740-41. On a good day, you can see for miles, including Killiney, Dalkey, and even the mountains of Wales. By the looks of this snap, Patrick couldn't see much!
Powerscourt Waterfall
Now this gorgeous natural spot is believed to be a location from the Disney sequel, thanks for the teaser McDreamy! This is actually Ireland's highest waterfall and a bucket list for many visiting the area.
Dalkey Island
Dalkey is of Ireland's most picturesque gems, especially at sunrise and sunset, just look at this pic. The island was abandoned following the Viking Invasions, all that's left are church ruins and archaeological curiosities.
Sugarloaf Mountain
Clearly Ireland's dramatic landscape has been teasing Patrick during his stay. He reached the top of Sugarloaf, standing 1,644ft (501m) tall, with views overlooking the Bray to Greystones coastline.
Ashford Castle
5-star luxury and Irish hospitality, you can't beat it! There's so much to see and do on the Ashford Castle estate, including falconry, fishing, clay pigeon shooting and golf.
Cliffs of Moher
Perhaps this was a recommendation from co-star Amy Adams who filmed the rom-com hit Leap Year close to the cliffs. It looks like Patrick had an alternative view...from a helicopter for this pic.
Merrion Square Park
Merrion Square has inspired locals and tourists for centuries, W.B. Yeats and Oscar Wilde are known to have spent part of their lives here. Dempsey shared a quote "The smallest act of kindness is worth more than the grandest intention."
Leo Burdock’s
One of Dublin's best takeaway restaurants, there's no doubt Patrick will still be 'McDreaming' of his chips here 🥰
