Stormzy confirmed to perform at this year's BRIT Awards

Following the exciting news that David Guetta, Becky Hill, Ella Henderson and Lizzo are joining the huge line-up for The BRIT Awards 2023 with Mastercard, another fantastic artist has been announced.

This time, it's 'This Is What I Mean' rapper Stormzy who will be taking to the stage at this year's BRITs, following on from his spectacular BRITs performance back in 2020.

The news was announced by The BRITs official social media channels, with a short promotional video accompanied by a caption which read: 'Stormzy is back on The BRITs stage 🔥

'Catch his performance on Saturday 11 Feb on ITV1 (UK) and YouTube.com/BRITs (International) #BRITs'.

Fans have been left very excited at the news, with one writing: 'omg!!!' (sic) and another saying: 'yesssssss'. (sic)

This year, Stormzy received three BRIT nominations: Mastercard Album of the Year, Artist of the Year and Hip Hop/Grime/Rap Act, and he has previously won three awards, including the highly prestigious Mastercard Album of the Year for his debut 'Gang Signs & Prayer'.

Stormzy joins the line-up which also features BRIT Award nominees Harry Styles, Sam Smith and Kim Petras, Cat Burns and Wet Leg.
