Jessie J Showcases New Song on Instagram
The 'Thunder' singer is laying down tracks in Los Angeles
Jessie J has treated her millions of fans to a snippet of a brand new song.
The 25-year-old singer is currently working hard on new material at a Los Angeles recording studio as she ramps up her bid to crack America.
Taking to Instagram last night, blue-haired Jessie posted this 15-second video of her miming along to an unnamed track:
It’s expected that the new songs will appear on a special expanded version of Jessie’s ‘Alive’ album aimed at the American market.
Last week, Jessie pulled out of a string of shows supporting Robin Thicke so she could focus on her studio work.
She explained to her fans: "My team and I have decided it's best I prioritise recording/studio and promo to finish the album for my US fans and having the opp for a single to be released for you sooner than later.
"Timing isn't always perfect but I want to make it work! And hopefully have my own shows in the USA someday! I hope you understand. I'm sorry to all the fans who were coming.
"I will make it up by making sure you have more of me and my music this year."
‘Alive’ hit number three on the UK chart when it was released last September.
