Cheryl Cole "Too Hyped" As She Starts Recording Album No.4

Cheryl Cole has hit the studio to start work on her fourth solo album!

The 30-year-old pop icon took to Twitter in the early hours of this morning to tell her 4.4million followers that her head is buzzing after all the studio work.

She Tweeted: “Can not sleep for the love of trying. I am toooo hyped about music... Excited !! #musicbrain #wirednottired words all in my head.”

Cheryl is working with songwriter Camille Purcell who has penned smash hits for Leona Lewis, Jessie J, The Saturdays and JLS.

Cheryl has also joined forces with her former Girls Aloud bandmate Nicola Roberts in the studio although it’s currently unclear what level of input Nicola is having.

In her five year solo career, Cheryl has scored two number one albums (‘3 Words’ and ‘Messy Little Raindrops’) and three chart-topping singles (‘Fight For This Love’, ‘Promise This’ and ‘Call My Name’).
