Adele Has Her Mind Blown By David Blaine
She bumps into the world-famous illusionist
Adele has resurfaced on Twitter to tell her followers she’s had a mind-bending encounter with illusionist David Blaine.
!A month-and-a-half after her last Tweet, Adele told her 15million followers last night: “Just randomly met @davidblaine and he did some magic for us. Never seen anything like it! Blew my mind!”
The accompanying photo depicts Adele in hysterics as icy cool David Blaine looks on self-contentedly.
Adele is currently Stateside after making a rare public outing at the UJA-Federation Music Visionary of the Year lunch in New York on Friday.
She rubbed shoulders with the likes of Jay-Z, John Mayer, Haim, John Legend and legendary crooner Neil Diamond at the event.
Columbia Records chairman Rob Stringer, who signed Adele in America, paid tribute to the singer at the event.
"Six years ago, that young lady walked into our office with her manager and said, 'Yeah, this'll do,' with a cigarette in her mouth," Stringer told the audience.
"It's fantastic to have her here, and she doesn't get out much!”
