Taylor Swift was involved in a terrifying stage malfunction at a gig in Washington DC on Monday night.
During the spectacular part of her 1989 tour where she glides across the crowd in an extended stage, the elevated platform broke down leaving Taylor stranded in mid air.
Smiling nervously, Taylor told the 40,000 strong National Parks crowd: "They just told me in my ear that I might be stuck up here forever, this thing is broken.”
