Hollywood star Tom Hanks and his wife of 30 years, Rita Wilson, have celebrated their wedding anniversary by posting a funny photo to their social media channels.
Both Tom and Rita took to their socials to share a photo of themselves on their wedding day, next to one now. Tom captioned the photo, '30 years on April 30. ‘88 To ‘18. Magic numbers.'
Rita shared the same photo saying, 'April 30,1988-April 30,2018 Thirty on Thirty Golden Anniversary. Keeping love alive with @tomhanks'. sic

In a showbiz world where we regularly see see couples split up, it's great to see a couple get to this milestone and their fans were keen to let them know.
After the couple posted the photos, fans congratulated the couple. One fan said, 'Congratulations . Is nice to see celebrities still together. Beautiful couple x', sic whilst another said, 'That's a strong relationship!!! Congrats'.

As well as posting this cute throwback photo, Rita also took part in Old Headshot Day over the weekend, posting a black and white photo of herself.

Tom and Rita first met in 1981 on the set of TV comedy Bosom Buddies, later meeting again in 1985 on the set of Volunteers. At the time Tom was still married to his first wife, Samantha Lewes, however the couple divorced in 1987 and Rita and Tom married in 1988.
The couple now have two sons.
Both Tom and Rita have starred in a number of films and TV shows. Tom is probably best known for his roles in Apollo 13, Forrest Gump, Captain Phillips and voicing the character of Woody the cowboy, in the Toy Story films.
Rita meanwhile is known roles for Sleepless in Seattle and Runaway Bride, she has also produced a number of films including the new Mamma Mia film, Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again.
